The brand-new Ako Suites Hotel in Barcelona is an ideal property with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who truly care about providing good service. the location is great, with many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby.

I think that a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar should be provided as standard vs. having to request them.

Decent sized and tastefully decorated room with a bathtub, wonderful position. Private parking nearby provided. Nice pool. Location really close to Cathedral by walk, a great shopping, tourist area, and the nearby metro. Good food in the restaurants such as Restaurant Sise, located 5 min away...

Beds were a little hard.

The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Plus, the proximity to the metro station made getting around the city a breeze. The front desk team was warm and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. And for those in need of laundry facilities, the modern and easy-to-use laundromat next door was a convenient bonus. I had a great experience at Ako Suites and would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location, just few steps from city centre, but also not noisy street so its good sleeping. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they give us city maps at check-in, and explane all directions. Rooms are small but clean, bads are confortable, dishes are clean and tidy.

Heavy rain on Tues night, roof leaked!!! Dripping water kept us awake. Staff didn't seem to be suprised. We arrived at 6pm on Sunday, checked in, went to room, room was being cleaned, thought water on floor was part of cleaning, had to go back down to reception and wait for maid to finish. Glad it didn't rain before Tue!!!!!!!!!!!!! In many ways hotel was ok but will not recommend hotel with leaky roof.
